It is a great game, and you will always have stuff to do in it. If you like Grand Strategy games, this is a must-have. The one large negative is the DLC policy: to buy the entire game it costs multiple hundred euros. Without DLC it is playable, however you are missing out on large parts of the game.

Civilization V is a great, addictive game. It is definitely better than Civilization VI, and it is quite a bit cheaper. I would definitely recommend this game, especially when it's on sale for 10 euros.
