Vou te ensinar a confeccionar baba de camelo.

Ingredientes:
4 Ovos
1 Lata Leite Condensado Cozido

Preparação

Passo 1:
Deite o leite condensado numa tigela. Com uma colher mexa e junte as gemas previamente batidas com um garfo.

Passo 2:
Bata muito bem até obter um preparado fofo.

Passo 3:
Bata as claras em castelo bem firme. Misture com o preparado anterior muito suavemente com uma vara de arames.

Passo 4:
Distribua este preparado por taças e leve ao frigorífico.
