This game is the pinnicle of professional modern gaming. It brings me great joy and sexual pleasure being a goat. If I were a goat like the goat in this game I would be so happy. So, so happy. Despite being extremely happy now due to being a goat in the virtual world, it saddens me that I cannot poop (either that or I don't know how to). AS1684-2006 National Timber Framing Code is adopted in full by the Building Code of Australia and can be used to design residential structures to the full measure of the loads they will need to withstand. Part 1 of the standard is used by structural engineers as it explains the engineering science behind the provisions in the standard. Part 2 is for non-cyclonic regions (as in most of NSW). An economical and lightweight alternative to masonry cladding for houses is timber
cladding in the form of planking (weatherboards). The weatherboards can be sawn timber
or composite products such as fibre cement. Timber frames can also be clad with a variety
of sheet materials such as plywood, hardboard, metal siding, fibre cement or polystyrene
board. These panels may have an integrated finish or be the substrate for a rendered or
plastered finish. Often the whole or part of the upper storey external walls for a brick
veneer house are clad with boards or panels in order to reduce loads and therefore costs.

Cavity brick or double brick construction was the dominant form used for housing in Australia’s cities from the end of the nineteenth century till after the Second World War. Consequently much of our existing housing stock remains cavity brick. New houses are still built in cavity brick construction but mostly these are ‘one-off’ houses where the owner has shown a specific preference for the construction method. Cavity brick houses are better for thermal performance than brick veneer houses but the difference is actually fairly small. Uninsulated brick veneer houses are not particularly well performed in terms of their thermal or acoustic properties. These matters can be improved with the addition of wall insulation but brick veneer is not considered to be a highly sustainable construction system. It has quite high embodied energy without delivering too many environmental gains. Its ease and speed of construction, however, are likely to ensure most new housing will be built this way for at least the near future.

As a construction system brick veneer is able to deliver affordable housing fabric relatively quickly and economically. This is why it has largely taken over the mass market for project homes in Australia. When correctly detailed and constructed a brick veneer house is strong, durable and waterproof. It has the appearance of a full brick house but at a considerably cheaper price.
