I am working on a webcomic I may sell one day and this one map he made peaked my interest ( https://v1.steam.hlxgame.cc/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2856036399 , and the night version) I was wondering if I could pay for the non-exclusive (IE you still own it and other people might be able to use it in the future in similar works, and of course it stays up on the workshop) right to use images of it for backgrounds in my comic. I love doing mixed media and this city really fits the look I'm going for.
