Surprisingly good Slay the Spire clone

If you played during Early Access and were waiting for full release before diving too deep, the time is now.

Baldur's gate 3 is fantastic from visuals to story to VA and everything in between.

Most of my complaints were either bugs or known issues that have been fixed in subsequent patches or are known and being worked on.

Do yourself a favor and check it out.

New player experience: Load in, do tutorial, think 'hey this game seems pretty cool.' Try to join first game, select casual (ranked is locked), wait a while with no matches found. Try again, eventually find a match. After getting past all the loading screens game fails to join with an error and closes the entire program. Reopen it to find myself suspended for 5 minutes for leaving a match that never loaded. Uninstall immediately.

Interesting concept but marred by awful bugs, bad matchmaking, Performance tanking DRM, etc. Not worth the price currently until things are fixed or at very least the Denuvo is removed.

Worst experience: hunting a Colt for 20 minutes, and then the game crashing on literally the first shot I took when I finally found him. Utterly frustrating.

This is a very fun game with a lot of potential but right now I cannot recommend it for purchase. There are a LOT of bugs and jank which, while some can be overlooked, wonky matchmaking and constant crash to desktop with no way to save progress mid-mission is a huge problem. Some of the later AIM missions are multiple floors and can take a good while, so when your game crashes to desktop on floor 6 of 6 and you have to start completely over, whats the point? I never feel confident when I'm always afraid I'm going to lose a half hour or more of progress. They've already released a patch this weekend which did solve some hanging during load screens but I suspect this is an issue with the Denuvo DRM, as this is the same problem I've had with other Denuvo titles until it's been removed. I am hopeful these issues will be resolved but I recommend waiting for patches and maybe a price drop.

Update: After 2 (VERY) Large patches, the game is still barely functional single player, and impossible to play consistently online. I can't even complain about nitpicky things (of which there are many) because the base game does not function.

Surprisingly good port. I loved the original P4 and never played the new golden content because my vita had broken at that point, so even though Ive played the heck out of the game theres new stuff for me to see. Recommended for new players interested in JRPGs or longtime fans who may have missed the new stuff in Golden.

Capcom does dead space

Wow, I can't believe how much this game has changed since I first played it years ago. Its Metal Slug Monster Hunter in the best way. Give it a try

It's objectively a good game, but its in my bottom tier for Final Fantasy games
