It's a big stinky fart that gets stinkier and smellier the longer you play.

Poopy Poopy Tires© 2 is and absolute treat of a racing game. While the game may not be as "fast" as Need for Speed: Most Wanted, or as visually dynamic as Forza: Horizon: Zero Dawn, its snappy controls and the bright, playful designs of the vehicles in it just beg the player to sink countless hours into it. What only sweetens the deal is the addition of Sony the Hedgehog, who acts as a wonderful copilot throughout the story. In the words of Sony, "Haveta go quick!"

It just... wasn't what I was expecting...
I'm an avid gamer, and role-playing games are part of my métier. When I saw that Table Top Simulation was not only a game available on Steam but a very popular one, I felt as excited as a carpenter receiving their first bottle of Bartender's Best Friend. That is, until I found out how limited the role-play in this "simulation" is. Here's what you can't do in this game.
  1. Say grace and eat dinner with the family
  2. Solder the components of that flashlight that just stopped working
  3. Put on the game in the background and read the newspaper while talking to your partner about work
  4. And worst of all, you can't wipe down and oil the table after a messy game of backgammon with the neighbors
All my favorite table-based activities seem to be absent from this game, and it really saddens me. Hopefully there will be DLC in the future to rectify this.

Woofenpoop is a ground shaking new game about how B.J. "Billy Boy" Blaskowicz saved the American dream. I've poured countless hours into this masterpiece, and have yet to encounter a boring moment. In the words of Wilhelm "Juicy" Blaskowicz, "Hot dog".

I was surprised to find that The Master Chef Collection did not feature Gordon Ramsey or Emeril Lagasse, but it was still a fun game.

Sid's Civ Six is the sixth installment in the Sid's Civ series. This is a game about the reformation of the world after a major apocalyptic event. The game picks up after the events of the previous game, Sid's Civ Cinco, and shows that after the nuclear war ended civilization at the conclusion of that game, society must restart from the ancient era with primitive technology.
The game plays much like a visual novel. You watch life unfold with little user input aside from some clicks on the screen, and watch monologue-heavy cutscenes featuring the immortal leaders of the new world. While save files in this game tend to take a very long time to complete, in-game systems make it very easy to pick up and put down, making this a great choice for the casual-gamer.
Overall, this is a very touching game about the strength of humanity, and I think everyone deserves to give it a try at least once. Sid would want you to play this.

What's for sakin'? And why for sakin'? Four, Sakin'?

Destiny 2: For Sakin' is the first major downloadable content installment in the game's life span, and if it's at all a harbinger for future installments in the franchise, the player base is in for a treat. The meat of this DLC lies in the story mode; a tale of loss and revenge, with themes of death, progeny, and dreams. It's a lot to chew, but that's just one part of the 6-course meal. The DLC also comes with a new PvPvE game mode, time trials, a 6-man dance party/castle exploration mode, a book reading simulator, and 3 new "Super Abilities". The time that it takes to enjoy all the new content alone gives a great return on investment. I'd love to start breaking down the logistics of how fun this content is, but I truly believe that the pleasure of that experience belongs to you, the player.

So that begs one last question: Who's for sakin'?

Des Tiny is a provocative indie game by a lesser-known French developer, Bungo, about a bunch of very small people fighting for survival against bugs, turtles, more bugs, and robot toys. The story is very akin to "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids!", but I would say it's a little less fleshed out. Over all, I'd say it's a good one, but not that good a one.
