Habitually asks questions in order to fully understand a position or a statement. Keeps asking until the facts are clear and the truth is understood. Performs most jobs well and has the habit of checking work outcomes. Stick'y is achieving excellence in some areas but in others is not yet achieving the highest standards. Stick'y does the right things at the right time when instructed. But without instruction, sometimes they fails to spot the priorities and sometimes completes work late.
