Early Access Review
Reviewing this on Version 0.1.2. It's bare-bone and very unpolished, which is expected.

I'd recommend to just hold and wait for the version 1.0. You are not missing much.

Still my go to 'quick grab & go' sim racing game. If you own a decent steering wheel setup, this game is a must!

My first achievement is having my car rolled over. True masterpiece.

Good as a showcase game I suppose? The eye-candy real time ray traced graphics is great to see and experience first hand, but dear lord the performance impact is brutal.

Running on ultra-wide 2K resolution and needed to bump down the DLSS to Ultra Performance to get a decent frame rate, which I scared will turn the game into a blurry mess. But to my surprise it still looks fine, I can even say that this game probably has the best DLSS implementation ever.

I don't know why but I experienced crashes which after sometime my GPU memory will get filled and then resulting the game force quits itself.

Bottom line that, it's fine. It's the Portal 1 you know and loved. Just a bit shinier.

Update after ~45 in-game hours:

Well, the bugs & glitches are the most prominent thing you'll see in game. Sometimes its so frequent & apparent, it kind of ruins the game immersion. I personally happen to see a LOT of cars glitches ( cars flung out by itself, cars despawning when you not looking, some cars just straight crashing into walls, etc.) and it got absolutely worse on racing mission where the other races just glitching all over the place behind me.

For the progression, it seems that you cant have all the perks as you are level capped at 50. Kind of a shame as I really want to put my time grinding all the way to have and do everything on a single character like TES V: Skyrim Legendary Edition kind of does.

Well i still think it's a very nice game, but the one that somehow shot itself in the foot with bugs & company mismanagement. Was it worth all of the hype & marketing they're building? Maybe not. Like I said before, if you could come with lower expectations, plus if you can wait a few months so the bugs could be ironed out, I still believe you could've a good time with this game.

Oh and it seems update 1.05 fixes games performance & raises my fps a bit. so thats nice.

So far its terrific. Came with low expectations and I'm pretty pleased.

The art direction is beautiful & definitely some top notch work. Can't say much yet on the gameplay for now as I'm only at 6 hours in, but I can see the progression system could give you many different & unique play styles. Can't say much on the story either, it looks good so far! but I wished the game explains more on how the different factions work or what they do in the city at the beginning before putting me in a character that seems to already know how things work.

For the bugs, yeah they are plenty like others & reviewers has said. Nothing major though, but you'll find something like characters clipping to walls / other persons, misplaced objects, etc. Could be polished with future updates I think, but I expect something more polished for a title that has been delayed 2 times (correct that, it's 3 times)

The graphics like I said, is amazing. But they also amazingly hard to run. GTX 1080Ti with 1440p display and I need to ramp down the settings to Low-Medium mix to achieve a smooth 60+ fps. The Low settings is still pretty damn good if I must say. If you got a last year mid-end GPUs such as GTX 1070, i still think you could get a nice experience on 1080p. But you really need the new RTX 30 series / RX 6000s if you want balls to the walls Ultra graphics.
