Game play is enjoyable. So tired of every company thinking it's some great idea to make every male aesthetic so feminine or not even available. Men primary play video games by a large margin, especially FPS's. Why in the hell would any company think it makes sense that every character is basically styled as a woman is beyond me.

Game was obviously released prior to it being finished, more than a month later:

Frame Data is still incorrect in menu
No online practice
Random Skin selection does not work in Private Online
Block drops for no reason while online
Host hit boxes are larger than guest players hit boxes, even in Kombat League
No cross platform-play
Cross region play is awful and has server side issues
Skins/Alternative costumes are limited and it's obviously limited due to the fact NRS is looking to Micro-Transaction, the F, out of this game
Load times are awful
Will freeze at time just loading out of the Invasion game mode
Obvious balancing issues (Cyrax, Johnny, Raiden, Baraka do more damage for the same resources as any other character.)
Infinite with Sindel has been out for weeks, no fix
Bug with using Shujinko that causes General Shao to loose access to his axe
The shrine takes 3 minutes to cycle after using it, I mean, holy hell
The shrine is literally the only thing "Koins" are used for so they can force monthly live-service seasons currency for absolutely no reason
Invasion is too grindy and boring. When the best way to level is spam the starting area trio-endurance match, you know there is something wrong with your progression design.

and, I'm sure there's some I missed.

The game is fine for a fighting game, one of the best looking MK games I've ever played, but the issues above absolutely cause issues and annoyance while playing.

Would I recommend this to a friend? No. I'd suggest they wait until the game is finished and on sale.

With the stigma on "Early Access" TemTem is a cut above the rest and has been upfront from the get-go while continuing to shine in a genre that was not dared to be touch for decades.
