What you see is what you get and for those that love finally being able to traverse Sodor's mainline, this is a dream come true! As a train simulator game, there are some rough edges with having to explore by the game's rules, not just driving a train as you please. I love it and the work that went into having this game be as true to Sodor as possible makes it well worth the purchase in the mindset of "owning your own Sodor that you can pull out of the closet and let run every few days" is what I feel works best.
(Now if only we could get the other members of the steam team and, perish the thought, a whole Skarloey railway DLC. I'd happily buy that!)

Very well made game with plenty of replay-ability, but just not for me.

This is swords and sandals brought up to modern standards, with a cheap price tag to boot. My younger self loves this game and the fact the developer is still at it and released this "grown-up" version of an old flash game makes my heart swell. Thank you!

I recommend this game for the poorly drawn wizard, hand-molded clay, cute creatures, and THIS GAME DESERVES SO MUCH LOVE FOR ALL OF THIS CHARM AAAA!!!!!

As it stands right now, if you like classic Dark Souls but with more challenge then this is the game for you. My complaints are the early game is far too limiting with point spending. Having to find new body parts that allow your stat upgrades to then be bought is a special kind of grinding/searching. Second is the bow and how difficult it is to hit enemies from afar, but at least you can recover your ammo on the ground when you miss.
The potential is there for it to stand on its own with varying weapon types, emphasis on co-op, and, what got me interested, the robots resembling Bionicle with interchangeable body parts.

You can build your own ship before the first hour of a new game now! Perfect game to pick up and play for a couple hours.

AND LOTS OF MODS, OH MY!

Think I can survive without night vision, make my way to the Stilt in the sand dunes, run into a salt kraken at night, get eaten whole and start again. I love this game.

I gave it as much of a chance as I could, but from the lack of the popular picks and the underwhelming store items, it is just bland. Even with the late additions of Marceline and Raven, things are just lackluster, except for the animations and voice lines, but that's it.
