I've mentioned in the description of the upload who made the model originally, I've only ported it to Tower,
Also, I've never made VTubing models, I guess the first steps are similar to making a model for vrchat but I have no idea about how the whole thing is setup afterward, I could help with this if I knew how, best I can do is pass the model to you and hope you find someone who can help
