Come for the dice based resource management. Stay to be emotionally destroyed time and time again.
This is perhaps the most beautiful game I have ever played. Probably now my favourite game of all time.
I wish I could forget it to experience it all over again.

Although the updated visuals are nice everything else feels unfinished. It lacks the character and bombast of "Aaaaa for the Awesome" which was full of great music, voice work, jokes, and stupid little extras.
My other issue here is that you just don't feel like you're falling vertically in this game, more flying horizontally. This is another thing "...for the Awesome" did much better.

I wish I could wipe my memory so I could experience this again

Everything I wanted out of a sequel

Fun arcady combat. Really can't go wrong at this price.
Would be nice to see mouse sensitivity in the settings menu.

Update:
The recent balance update greatly improves the controls and gives the player 2 lives making levels a little more forgiving

Amazing story driven RPG. Cannot recceomend this game enough. Really strong, turn based combat. A story that getting weirder at every turn. What's not to love?

Super fun action / puzzle / adventure. Reminds me of Lost Vikings. That's a good thing.
