This game is a meme, and if you expect more you are going to be disappointed. It has its moments and it can be fun when you play in a pre but that's about it.

90% of the time the games are a complete stomp one way or another (usually US winning) with rampant spawncamping, teamkilling etc. The votekick system is dysfunctional at best and is disabled on some servers making the teamkilling worse. The toxicity is about standard for any FPS. The balance is laughable especially in the 'Early war' setting where whole US teams with M-16's stomp VC teams using mosin's and sks's. If you play as the North expect a painful experience game after game facing better guns, better fire support, and occasionally helicopters, and if you play as the US expect plenty of games where you are carried and have no meaningful effect on the outcome of the match.

Concurrent players are just over 1000 which isn't bad for a game from 2017 which has already passed its popular YouTube stage. You can still easily find matches despite how the game hasn't received a major update in years.

If you are considering buying this game, be aware that the average player will spend a few tens of hours in this game until they get spawncamped one too many times and will just leave it for good.
