Fun game for sure if you like design based games, or financial planning games. Very similar vibes to Cities Skylines or Sims 3.

One of the best open-world games of all time, while I do think GTA 5 overall has better qualities, GTA IV actually has quite a few areas where it beats out 5. The physics of cars, players, and objects is actually much nicer, cars feel like they have weight to them. Gunfights are better, cops are more realistic, NPCs react better.
