Long answer short. There are WAY too many bugs. The game itself is great, but the countless bugs have to be fixed immediately.

I give you only the two most game stopping bugs:
1. Colonists don't use the train.
2. If you try to change the payload of an asteroid lander, it always switches to fully loaded even if you remove payload, which makes them unusable.

In my optionen these bugs, especially the seconds one, are awkward und very unprofessional. A junior dev should be able do prevent these bugs.... its a shame.

To the dev who developed the huge snake: GO **** YOURSELF, like I did your ***!

Eins der besten Weltraumspiele, die ich je gespielt habe.

Die Komplexität, die anfangs für viele abschreckend klingt, ist unterm Strich tatsächlich gar nicht so schlimm. Wenn man es gut erklärt bekommt, ist das Erlernen des Spiels eigentlich ziemlich einfach. Ich empfehle hier den Youtuber Semira Guides. Seine Guides sind hervorragend und einfach.

Wer sich auf die anfangs scheinbar steile Lernkurve einlässt, bekommt ein Spiel, von dem er nicht genug bekommen kann.

Perfekt ist das Spiel natürlich nicht. Man merkt, dass es sich um einen kleineren Entwickler mit begrenztem Budget handelt. Deshalb lohnt es sich den Entwickler zu unterstützen, damit wir diese Perle der Spielegeschichte niemals verlieren werden.

Die große breite Masse wird das Spiel allerdings nie bedienen können. Die meisten wollen wohl einfachere Kost und ein bisschen muss man sein Hirn bei diesem Spiel schon anstrengen. Wirklich schade. (Ja das ist eine Provokation zu beweisen, dass du nicht dumm bist. Also kauf das Spiel!)

THE best 4x space strategy game I have ever played. A huge but masterable amount of mechanics. Tons of story telling, secrets, events. God knows how many mods. Freaking awesome.

If you can deal with the frustration of the quadriollions of bugs, the game makes actually a lot of fun.

But I still can't recommend buying it right now. Too much bugs and crashes, especially in critical situations...

UPDATE:
The new beta branch is awesome and now I can totally recommend to buy the game. The ai and the troops are way better balanced and I didn't had a single crash again.

- The game has dynamic rebalancing, so they make your shots weaker sometimes.
- The mouse control is crap.
- Bug reports are ignored, they only interested in selling you new stuff.
- Pay to win by definition.
- Cheaters, a LOT of cheaters.
