pros:
- it's fun
- it's pretty fast paced
- some good mechanical additions to the franchise (eg: the burst of speed when you first start skiing)
- a lot of very good changes from where it was in beta
- ranked matchmaking (7v7), private lobbies, public lobbies (16v16), etc. offer a good mixture of ways to play

cons:
- there are still technical issues: mostly crashes and netcode bugs, but they can be pretty prevalent. game is ue5 and apparently some of the issues are because of the engine, so hopefully the can be fixed with ue5 updates
- prophecy is a subsidiary (or something like that? idk) of hirez and they've recently shelved some other tangentially related products (eg: deadzone); don't expect t3 to be immune from that either
- it's basically t:a but slightly stripped down--6 "classes", with 2 unique weapon slots and 2-3 weapons for each (and some overlap between them) means that there really aren't too many weapons options--same for nades and pack. it hasn't really pushed the envelope too much
- (as of yet) lack of mod and custom map support and tooling

tl;dr: it's a fun game but not without issues. in my opinion, all of the issues can be solved and isn't unreasonable to expect them to be solved in time. however, i think the game is worth the price tag right now even with the issues if you like this style of movement shooter / high ttk / ctf fps.
