I think it's because I don't have a Steam Forum account. I just made one, but now I'm being told I have to wait for account activation from an admin. I really don't see the point of this, it's not like amazon.com has seperate accounts their site.

- View Steam Profile - Block All Communications...
- Invite To Chat and Invite To Trade are blacked out when someone is offline
- View Aliases - Notification Options - Remove This Friend

If it says that I'm online. That's going to be very misleading because my computer is on all the time. I'm confused on how to send a message too, like there's no PM system.
