A few months ago, a friend linked me to the trailer for this, and it looked really good. I forgot all about it until I saw it on the front page during a sale. When I saw it, and realized what game I was looking at, I picked it up immediately. I've since been picking away at it for the better part of a week or so. It's so much fun! It hits a sweet spot of difficulty where bosses can feel overwhelming at first, but persistence and learning their attacks makes them fall surprisingly easily. I would strongly recommend this to anyone who enjoys the Metroidvania genre, or anyone who just enjoyed Metal Slug.
