If you are on a MAC, it's an issue with MAC, otherwise it is a mod conflict.

You're the second person that has asked me this, the last guy was from France, could barely write english, and was trying to tell me desperately that it was his birthday. I know that over 2000 people have registered for the giveaway, but i specifically made it a level 0 giveaway because I wanted everyone to have a chance. I've tried registering for giveaways before only to find out my level isn't high enough and I can only register for ♥♥♥♥♥♥ lame gifts that nobody wants.
