Pros:
- This is right up there with the best of Telltale’s library
- Great cast of characters
- Great music

Cons:
- Even though I think it balanced the story and dispatch gameplay well, I still wanted to do more dispatching. I would actually love a spinoff that focuses entirely on the dispatching aspect.
- Most of your team is pretty one-dimensional, aside from characters like Invisigal and my beloved Waterboy. You catch glimpses here and there, but it’s never enough to the point where I feel like Robert actually developed a meaningful friendship with them. It’s hard because I think the team is great as it is, the story structure just couldn’t support all of them.

I would say $14 is about the right price for this experience. A single playthrough is ~3 hours long, and there is a limited amount of replayability in that each character you interact with has a few possible story branches (which may result in life or death decisions). The music is chill and I was totally down to experience a detective noir story in the world of Tron.

Pros:

- Actually feels like a playable G1 episode, builds upon that world
- With a few unfortunate exceptions, the main characters are all voiced by their original voice actors
- Vince DiCola contributed to the soundtrack
- G1 sound effects
- Replay value for completionists
- Classic Platinum Games gameplay
- Stages aren't character-specific, meaning any character can be used

Cons:

- Much like a G1 episode, the story is short (~4-7 hours) and only a handful of characters appear
- Starscream's voice actor does a highly exaggerated impersonation of Chris Latta, and Soundwave's voice is ran through a vocoder as in the original series, but doesn't shift tones
- The soundtrack is a bit generic and lacking, and none of the original music is featured (though you can hear familiar cues in the main menu theme and certain samples in the end credits)
- The environments are fairly bland, you pretty much only have the city and Cybertronian corridors
- If you like Decepticons, only Autobots are playable (unless you count the Nemesis Prime DLC)
- Frenzy is blue, Rumble is red[tfwiki.net]

Go for it if you're a G1 fan and you think it's worth the price tag since this game was specifically made for you, however anyone else should wait until it's on sale if they're interested in playing a robot action game.

Pros: Definitely captures the spirit of the movies, the original cast reprises their roles, character mannerisms and body language nailed down pretty well

Cons: Buggy, the lip sync is a bit off, Bill Murray is mumbling through most of his lines

Buy this game if you love the movies, otherwise you probably won't like it

buggy, plot tends to be incoherent, new half-baked mechanics

don't pay more than ten bucks for this, and even then I'd only play if you're a fan of the franchise

this is a three hour game with thirty minutes of credits
