The last of it's kind, in a way; peak. (ignoring EA)

A culmination of BF knowledge went unseen in this game. The rock paper scissors balance gameplay is great, any and all roles can be rewarding and offer those BF moments. Squadplay can still turn tides. 3d spotting gives recon a tangible role for teamplay. I even find the WW1 font refreshing if not embellished for game's sake.

No other BF has stood the test of time like this for me. Good stuff.

Like pokemon sometimes you just wanna scratch that CoD itch. We all know what we sign up for and it's mediocre experience at best- like a junkie that can only get the cheap stuff but remembers the finest: - it works but at what cost?

Certainly not a dedicated storage drive ffs! The game has tripled in size since launch.
Actually not worth the hardware for me, or bandwidth/dl time.

Not shown is some 50 hours on the demo. You will get your money's worth. Tons of characters, weapons, builds and items. Easy to pick up and play if you have a spare minute or as a complete timesink.

The multiplayer is horrendous. I cannot advise any BF fan to buy this. I got suckered in the sale and it still wasn't worth it. Enemies impossible to see, spotting basically removed, squad play out the window, AT available to everyone. RS:Vietnam is far better. Stick to literally any other BF and stay far away from this.
