I try to remind myself that I already achieved so much, that it's okay to rest, and yet I keep failing, pushing myself more and more - feeling like a failure, because there's so many things I still can't do. And my mental and physical health suffers, I can't stop my self-worth from plummeting to the ground, feeling less important than a dust on a bookshelf. I keep on going for hours without eating or drinking enough, I go to sleep with the rising sun and either don't get enough of sleep or wake up when it's almost already gone. I keep on either having too many thoughts to do anything, or pushing myself to do some thing in one setting that I forgot to exercise. I am still very young, so my body is forgiving, but how long will that last?
