One day my account was hacked. And while I was waiting for a response from the support service regarding the issue of regaining access to my account, the attacker in the meantime began to deliberately play in CS:GO competitive mode using cheats, which provoked a permanent ban on the official CS:GO servers. The support service told me that they would not remove the ban even despite the fact that it was received, after filing the application for the theft of the account, arguing that the safety of my account is my responsibility... I gave almost 2000 hours of my life to this account and therefore I sincerely express my contempt, disappointment, and hatred of the Valve and personally Gabe Newell, and wish them all the bad in life.

Однажды мой аккаунт был взломан. И пока я ждал ответа от службы поддержки касательно вопроса восстановления доступа к моему аккаунту, злоумышленник тем временем начал нарочно играть в соревновательный режим CS:GO с использованием читов что спровоцировало получение от патруля пожизненной блокировки на официальных серверах CS:GO. Служба поддержки ответила мне что не снимут блокировку даже не смотря на тот факт что бан был получен уже после подачи заявки о краже аккаунта, аргументируя тем что безопасность моего аккаунта - моя ответственность... Я отдал почти 2000 часов своей жизни именно этому аккаунту и поэтому я искренне выражаю своё презрение, разочарование и ненависть к Valve и лично Гейбу Ньюэллу и желаю им всего самого наихудшего в жизни.
