Yep Poop can chill for a long time if your body adapts to it. What I'm about to tell you, from personal experience never attempt, due to it only working if you train your body from a young age. I know for a fact it is possible to regularly hold your poop for 2-3 months as long as you start from a young age, for me that was about 5 or 6. I was about to at first hold for sometimes 4 months, this went on until I was about 15 when I had to get my appendix removed. This dropped the time to 3 months, I then continued until I was 21, and only stopped due to wanting to be normal. I could of kept going if I had wanted to, but it causes more trouble then it's worth. I will mention during this time of mhy life I was normal in the sense of no pain or such until the 3-4 month mark, which the last week or so the urge would be every 30 min or so
