It's definitely scary and the puzzles can be a bit confusing until you learn the layout of the house. Pretty good story with a show/don't tell style that adds to the horror.

If you can't shoot, at least you can hit them with it.

Sony killed the golden goose

Bug fixes and Patches take 6 months to drop and the DLC has gone from 4 legendary lords to 3 legendary lords and a legendary hero. So instead of 4 new play-throughs, we get 3 new play-throughs and a new toy to play with. Not to mention increased cost for DLC that isn't even a new faction.

10/10 for the pistol sound alone.

The combat is as visceral as the previous "Tide" games, if not more. However with core game-play elements still missing I can't recommend this because it is a real step back from the other "Tide" games.

The end game is bottle-necked by finding the right weapon build that is pure RNG from the armoury that rerolls every hour. Then to rub salt in the wound, we have a fully functioning real money shop, yet the crafting station is only 25% built.

Edit: They fixed the weapon RNG and you can now build your weapons how you like.

I play this one-handed.

Mordhau got a mirror's edge update

In my first 10 hours I saw a knight on horseback get taken out by a frying pan.

I'd give this game a 10/10 just for the sound design alone.
