Changing my review to not recommend this game. After playing the hours I did, its easy to realize how lame and unnecessary it all is. I honestly dislike almost every aspect of the game except maybe questing. But this game could literally have been a text based RPG. There is NO NEED for it to be an MMO. I could rant for awhile about how bad this game is, and I paid the sub from day 1. But I think I'm over it. I respect andrew, but wtf. I'll leave my old review up below just cause. But that was with me thinking that this game would really open up and there would be crazy updates. Instead its been nothing for months. Just jokes and memes and leeks that are so weak it hurts.

Really enjoying the game so far. Honestly gives me the same feeling of starting runescape back in the day. It clearly has inspirations from runescape, but definitely not the exact same. Still has the quirky text and questing that you'd expect from Andrew. The room system is a cool alternative to a fog of war. Excited to see what awaits. So far feels good, and has alot of content for EA title.

When the game first launched I only made it to level 45 and was absolutely disappointed in the game. It was buggy, laggy and clunky. A horrible experience.

However since the launch of fresh start servers, I just logged on to make a new character on fresh and check out the new starting experience and just see if it was still a joke of a game. I was expecting to hop in and confirm what a pile it is. However this has not been the case at all. I've been addicted to it. The quality of life improvements they made were huge, the dungeons are extremely fun and easy to get into, brimstone sands is a fantastic zone with lots to see and discover. The new weapons are all fun. Combat is way more smooth and fluid. Honestly has been a fantastic experience and I'm excited for all they will add in the future. I am a believer now, I only feel slightly bad for talking smack about New World, its coming together. Still needs work, but I have faith now it'll get even better.

Let me give you an honest review, that isn't from someone who played less than 2 hrs. Honestly you shouldn't even be able to write reviews on any game with such little play time, but anyways..

This game is hope in a nut shell. Its got a very small developing team, I think its honestly 1-2 people, but man give them credit they are sticking with it. The concept of this game is fantastic, albeit a huge undertaking for a small crew. But it happens to involve everything I want in a game. FPS, Survival, crafting, base building, PvP, space exploration. After playing games like Elite Dangerous and Stars Citizen, this game takes those complex systems, such as flying, landing, hyperspeed and simplifies it a bit that's just plain fun to explore with. I see huge potential in this game, and I've been coming back off and on over the year and a half, checking out the updates, and can say I've seen huge improvements from when I first played it.

Obviously it has some massive flaws and bugs being an early access title, but I want to support this project as I feel like they have done a lot of things right with it and though its got its rough edges, if you look closely you can see that the devs have began working away at the surface, slowly smoothing it out bit by bit, and there is hope still.

The real mystery is who is driving the truck!?

I've played Clash Royale for over 4 years so I love these types of games. This game is easy in the beginning until you climb the ranks -- But I can honestly say this is a fantastic game with way more deck building opportunities, more complexity with bridge control, and different masters. The cards are all unique with really interesting interactions / combos. Its free to play and unlike CR its not pay to win! You can pay for more cards that you don't have but no way to make them stronger (Like CR). If you like deck builders like hearthstone, or tower defense style games, get this its free!

This is a really charming RPG, has a good amount of depth with abilities,crafting and building. The quests completed fine for me, and the controls are alright unlike what others have said. Only melee attacks sometimes miss, but the spells are fun to use. Don't hesitate to buy this game, it's worth the money on sale or not.

EDIT2: Not a day goes by that I don't think about this game, and I always come back to check if by some great miracle it gets a reboot.

EDIT: It's crazy because this game could be so good, but NO UPDATES.

This game is really fun, exploring, collecting and trying to survive when you barely have enough ammo. T Rex sneaks up on you or you gear up and go out with a hunting party just for score. This game is great. It puts you in a world where you are the bottom of the food chain until you gather resources to take down any dino and become the master poonanie slayer, highest honor in eden.

This game is lacking a lot of content, and could honestly go anywhere the developers want to take it. They are still updating it slowly, but the last update was fantastic. Game does have it's weird glitches, and slow reaction when aiming / reloading. All together good game, and I hope to see more updates!
