There are a significant amount of games that have yet to be released on Steam like most of the Tales games. The series is rich with character interactions and to some extent character development. I am currently living through a wonderful time playing for the first time Tales of Phantasia (PSX, fan translation). As of now, the definitive way to play the old games from the series is through emulation since Steam only has five. Added.

I managed to get back to where I was in Tales of Arise and it worked on the new save file. I've made progress and now finally into new content again! Thanks again for the help, +rep for being super cool
