We have new mods in the group, indeed, but that doesn't mean that they are inexperienced. Everyone knows what their job is and if you think that SmittenPie wouldn't have banned you for your lowball behavior, then you are clearly not thinking high enough of him.

There is no requirement there for others to activate the coupons you send to them.

Rule #2 specifies that if you request a coupon from the staff, you NEED to use it on your account.

It does not matter who banned you, it matters that you understand that your foul language was the cause of it. Snapping at other members using pornographic insults and twisting their names to make fun of them is unacceptable. Going for random staff members, polluting their profiles with insults and threats is also an extremely rude behavior. Neither me or Lancelot had anything to do with your ban, although I do support our fellow moderator's decision. You deserve it fully.

My status as a moderator does not require me to take abuse from you. I'm currently on hiatus because of life stuff, so I don't know the details of your ban. Given your attitude and the trust I have in my colleagues, I have a strong feeling you earned your ban.

Hey there, your ban is a temporary one, you will be able to return to the group after 1 month. However if you will have the same attitude towards your fellow members, you will receive another ban and this time it will be permanent.

I understand that you are having a bad day but this is not an excuse to be rude to other members. Especially since they are not at fault (please keep in mind that the rule about activating requested coupons does not apply to the coupons that one gets via the Members to Members thread).

The bans do not affect in any way your steam rep. They just mean that you are locked out of the group.
