If all parties are good sports and don't use most overpowered/unfair add-ons, perks or playstyle, the game is very fun. But this being a online multiplayer games, people that play fair are few and far between.

Most killers are very unique in design and gameplay and are fun to go against or play as but be prepared to put in exponentially more hours if you want to master a killer. You won't feel like unstoppable freak of nature with chainsaw or superhuman bioweapon first 100 matches. While all the survivors plays the same and you can get good pretty fast, playing killer is stressful and rough if you are not used to it. You have to juggle between chasing survivors and patrolling generators constantly. For killers with high mobility like the nurse who can blink through walls or the blight who can pinball his way across whole map in seconds, this is no problem but for killers like the pig or the trapper, You WILL have already lost 3 out of 5 gens by the time you get your first hook. The grind to get your favorite perks on the character you want is also horrible but the developers have responded that they are working on reducing it.

still as fun as i remember it from 6 years ago when i played this on 20fps.

While the pacing is abit tiring and the combat loop gets a little bit boring if you play for long stretch of times like 6-7 hrs, it is still a great game if you play it in chunks. The music is awesome,

The game is perfect to just pick up and play with friends while queuing for a match in another game. The sound design is great.

Good game but NWI have already moved onto sandstorm and it is not doing so well.
