You want to learn killer yet you don't notice I didn't use any infectious fright value almost that entire game. I practically did not need the perk but ran it anyway for unforseen circumstances. Maybe ask other killer mains why they use such tactics and builds to better understand why they use them in the first place instead of undermining a perk that is situational at best.
