This game has honestly changed my view on a lot of things. I enjoy the story, the weapons, the missions so on and so forth. Don't worry about trying to play the first game, just go with this one because there was plenty of love poured into it as well as the DLC's which is honestly rare. Even farming for legendary items can be rather fun and the community behind this game is beyond legendary.

If you want a game that pits a ridiculous number of weapons against a ridiculous amount of monsters where you can get upgrades out the wazoo, then please get this game. If you like Vampire Survivors, Boomer Shooters and a retro-esk style then this is the game for you.

Imagine if Minecraft was underwater and you have this game. But in actuality it's much more than that because much of this game is about figuring out how to go deeper and deeper to uncover the secrets of this place. Sure, there's plenty of times where you are just gathering materials, but that's a nice down time inside the game.
