This game had come highly recommended from a friend of mine a few years ago, based on my love of sci-fi. I expected it to be good, but the classic story, great atmosphere, bang-on music and immersive character development really made it shine for me. The music especially stood out for me, as someone who likes to compose ambient spacey soundtrack music. This was also my first BioWare game, so the cinematic quality to the game and seamless flow of the dialogue was an unexpected and further makes this game stick out for me. I am almost ashamed to admit I have only completed one full playthrough (my wife has done three!), but boy did I enjoy every minute of it, and I am planning to revisit this one time and time again. Definitely a must have if you enjoy sci-fi.
