I played ok one day. Next day I changed my password. Now when I try to login, I am getting "Account authentication failed...(No member information)". This is a common problem and everyone's asking about it in the forum at Community Hub. But they don't respond.

Why you want to change your password in the first place?

Well you should be able to do it it shouldn't be a big deal. But this game you would want to change your password becuase, they generate your password and send an email. It is a long one which you can not easily memorize and game UI doesn't allow to copy and paste. You need to type the whole thing. Also afterwards you need to enter another PIN number. So it is hassle and if you want to change your password with a memorable one than you're screwed like many others...

I like the artstyle for the game but can not get in...

One of the good pixel platform games.

If you enjoyed Fez, you'd get a familiar nice taste. A taste only becuase it is short but still worth playing. If you didn't play Fez, go play Mandagon. If you like it don't wait and buy Fez.
