The physics are great, the visuals are great, will have you crashing out every second corner.

I found a few bugs related to the camera and controls on the wheel, but nothing major.

I was a bit worried about the performance, but it runs well on high preset 1440p with rx 7800 xt / ryzen5 7600 / 32GB (just 10-20% above recommended specs)

The good:
* The stages are great and there is plenty of them, same goes for the cars
* Physics and FFB are good
* It features the Renault Twingo
The bad:
* Looks like a playstation 2 game
* Cringe anti-cheat added
* Horrible texture pop-in (fixable with some tweaking in UE4 config files

A first impression for Early Access release day:
- Graphics are amazing. The only thing I dislike is the trail the cars make in heavy rain which looks very basic.
- Sound is wonderful. You can clearly hear the rubber of the car on the kerb, the gravel hitting the bottom of the car, the wind blowing past at high speeds.
- Menus could use some work. They are laggy, and unintuitive.
- AI is just as silly as in AC. I don't really mind since I want to race against other people when MP drops anyway.
- FFB is alright (playing on a g923).
- Performance for me:
Ultra preset, no FSR/Upscaling, 1440p with an AMD r5 7600 and AMD rx7800xt, 32GB DDR5, nvme drive: 72fps on average.

Overall: it currently lacks a lot of features, but the baseline is very good. I think it is set to become a great sim in 2025.

I recommend this game, it has an amazing atmosphere. The review is mainly about the multiplayer.

I think the items "balance" could use some work:

• There should be a punishment for being on low HP / some interaction with HP - maybe get less items when on low HP?
  
• I think the magnifying glass should be removed to encourage brain usage
  
• Some variety based on which round is on, not just the HP randomized

I put "balance" in quotes because ultimately, this is a game of chance. But these changes would help replayability IMO.

10/10 Probably the best game I ever played
