A super-stylish action platformer with chaotic abominations to slay!
First, to address the melodramatic elephant in the room; the AI is fine.
Are the enemies smart? Not really. Is that a problem? Again, not really. They're fairly predictable in that they'll generally launch themselves right towards you. They can hurt themselves on traps. They can get themselves stuck in tight spaces, making it easier for you to hammer on them. If they push you into a corner, no big whoop. You can physically dash through them. Depending on how big they are, you can get stuck in them sometimes, yes, but all it takes is another dash to get yourself out. I've rarely had issues handling them.
So with that out of the way, on to the aesthetics. The art style is gorgeous, in my opinion. A dark, Lovecraftian vibe through and through. There are many different unique environments to explore, filled with hidden treasures and secret areas.
Gameplay couldn't be simpler. Straight-up platforming, using a good variety of spell rings and accessories to cause destruction where-ever you go. If you die, you can use the blood points you collected to unlock skill tree perks, giving you an advantage on the next run.
All in all, just a fun little action game. :)

An adorable adventure game with a colorful cast of characters!
Play minigames and earn bro points on your way to the spa. There's also a new game+ with secrets to discover.
Charming graphics and whimsical music. Camera is a little wonky to control, but other than that, no issues.
Recommending for casual players and anyone like me who just loves the heck out of capybaras. >w<

Short and to an important point.
If you don't understand how metaphors work, this may not be the game for you.
Good atmosphere. Multiple endings. Ran without any issues.
Recommending for indie horror fans.

Super fun horde shooter with swimming mechanics and a level up system similar to Vampire Survivors.
Sometimes you'll have a number of unfavorable ability choices in a row that will make for a bad run, but for the most part, I found the gameplay to be fair and balanced.
Incredibly responsive controls. Any time I took a hit, it was always my own fault.
You can unlock various body parts and customize your little fishy friend any way you choose.
Music and sound are good. Overall aesthetic is an awesome mix of cute and unnerving.
Recommending for pretty much anyone who likes a solid action game.

A charming choose-your-own-adventure with quirky, well-written characters and hilarious dialogue options. Multiple endings based on how you balance the drama between the different alien races. Recommended for casual players and fans of visual novels.

Sweeney Todd cooking sim. 10/10
Not a fresh take on my part, I know, but still. It's fun. It has a story. Great art. Achievements are easy.
Recommended for fans of management games and/or casual horror.

Absolutely brilliant storytelling!
This is primarily a visual novel with a small handful of password puzzles to solve. I can't really say much without spoiling a LOT, but what I can say is that the conclusion is chilling, to say the least, and leaves you reflecting on exactly when "X" occurs during different points.
I also thought the format the story is told in was insanely clever too, given the plot. You read events as told through the chat logs of four different individuals as they struggle with a dire situation in a secretive facility. There's character-building, intrigue, twists, and turns. Again, I can't say much, except that the computer log aesthetic smacked me right in the face at the end.
Had no issues getting it to run. Didn't notice any bugs, etc.
Highly recommending for casual players and fans of horror-themed visual novels.

WOWZA. For a free game, I'm insanely impressed. If the dev ever puts out a "support me" DLC, I'm most definitely contributing, because they deserve it for the amount of work that was put into this.
This hits all the right earmarks for me as far as setting up a successful psychological horror goes. It starts with a cinematic opening that lays out the backstory, punctuated later on with some very heartfelt text conversations between the protagonist and various other characters. It eases you into the environment by having you focus on some simple tasks, while hinting that something might be off. Then, comes confusion and slow dread before the horror begins.
The atmosphere is off the charts. The sound design especially is stupendously unnerving.
Gameplay, again, is fairly simple. You move boxes in at the beginning, and later, you can actually take a limited amount of things out of said boxes to decorate as you see fit. Dialogue choices are what dictate your ending. There are also secrets to be discovered.
Didn't encounter any bugs or softlocks myself the first time through, but they obviously exist based on quite a few other commentaries I've seen. Even if it had happened, I don't think I would have considered it a huge deal anyway, considering the game can be finished in roughly an hour. Personally, the quality of the content overall is fantastic enough for me to ignore any potential technical hiccups. I understand that may not be the case for everyone though, so take that as you will.
Recommending the [bleep] out of this for indie horror fans. Instant favorite in my book.
