I would give it 9/10 just because of its story. It feels like Fallout New Vegas when it was released, since that game also had exceptional story but was quite buggy.

In any case knowing CD Projekt Red, they will fix the issues as fast as possible.

Update after almost 1 year: CDPR fixed a lot of issues but there are more to go and most of the features are still missing. I guess the company is not what it's used to be ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
