in closing: i called a medevac for a dead man *Blair, John D.* in my first week of my 3rd tour. his head was literally blown off by an RPG. Aco. 1-121 INF. in afghanistan. say that while you're being physically being shot at with intent to kill. then point who is the jackass. listen to your brothers scream "Blair down" a mentor, a brother. go home knowing you had to clean his remains out of the truck. go home knowing his wife only got closure out of giving you a hug. go home knowing you had to call his death. then tell me how much of a jack ass i am for listening to that man. going to college, and trying to better myself. living by his words he told me prior. tell me honestly how much of a jackass i am when i've done this a dozen times before you had honestly your first wet dream. that's how it feels to me. jackass or not. i was 20 when i was at war. i was 32 and still in war. nothing changed. i looked for a more peaceful life. college is that life bro.
