That's okay, we can work on your tilt management later but to start with here are three options for you.

1. You can copy and paste my profile link into Faceit Analyzer/CSSTATS or some other such account analysing platform and there you will see that I'm not cheating, but instead just better than you.

2. See that I don't have many hours and just assume that I'm cheating. This option provides you two sub-options

a) Go on google and find some free to use cheats yourself, these will likely get you banned but you'll
feel like you're a CS god for a few hours before that happens.

b) Just accept it and go lose fast - I recommend this as that way you will be able to look at yourself in
the mirror as you never cheated (just like me)

3. Just accept that I'm better and you're a dog. Bark for me in chat if you read this far.
