The game drops to 30 FPS even on a high-end PC. Lowering the settings to medium doesn't help at all. Cutscenes are locked at 30 FPS too! Verdict: I wouldn't recommend this game even on sale.

the city feels dead af. Enemies just keep spawning like there's no tomorrow, zero chill on that
game acts like it gives a damn about killing civilians, yeah sure, consequences and all that jazz) but then throws a bunch of NPC "people" at you who are basically just walking loot bags, u can mow them down by the dozen and the game just doesn't give a single f
