All this Science and Pache puts me on a mindset of a Patchouli keychain I have.
The line she says is " Mahou no chikara wa iwaba kagaku sono mono. Tsumari jidai no saisentan yo". That would translate somewhat along the lines of : "The power of magic is like science, so to say. In other words, it is at the forefront of the era" .
