This game needs to shut up and let the player play. I've never had such an unpleasant experience playing a deductive puzzle game.

synth infinite my beloved

there's a nontrivial level of strategy that never feels overwhelming. it hits that sweet spot of being interestingly complex but not so much that you're forced to consult external guides. there's always some small edge to exploit, some small improvement to push further, some small optimization that gets you one sector closer to that next juicy unlock. give it a shot!

Excellent writing and a deep understanding of Greek Mythos that comes across to make a very engaging CYOA.
However as is the problem with all CYOA on this engine, the amount of stats and what they mean do not translate well into making decisions.

Worth it at 3$, get it on sale.

A fun management game with demons and cute chibi sprites. load it up on a rainy day or when you ragequit dota and just have some cute fun.

That said, the lack of personalization for the tenants and the lack of depth in tenent management makes the gameplay start to become stale after 1-2 hours in. As it functions right now, the tenants you put into apartments do nothing but spout things they want so that they might love their apartment. If you place tenants of "opposite" moralities, they refuse to become happy because they hate that tenant so much. This kind of relationship system is what this game needs more. More reasons to finagle with the fine print, more reason to really dig in deep and find out that makes each monster happy. Unholy Heights does not do this, and as a result, you will quickly find the best way to play within 2-3 hours in.

Overall though, a good package as the base gameplay of putting tenants into apartments of best suit and keeping everyone in the green satisfies the minor urge to micromanage a building. Highly reccomend if on sale and you have a spare 2-5 dollars in your wallet.
