Early Access Review
I bought the vive for this game and this game only.
While there are bugs and glitches, the Dev's are actively working on them while trying to keep up with their roadmap.
The gameplay itself is intense, especially solo. Characters have unique skills and play styles with more in the works.
There are only 4 missions and 2 hero characters to play from. Content wise they are only at 20% away from what they have envisioned at the time of writing. If you feel like this isn't enough content then you can wait but I would recommend this game because I believe it is that fun.

To all those people complaining about difficulty, they are right. However, Devs are working on various difficulty settings and map/enemy rebalancing.

This is a very fun game, there are lots of directions you can take your character. However I would suggest doing the following as it will give you a nice foundation.
Suggested Starting Actions:
1. Do the Medical Campaign Mission first to get the healing skill. Get either Counseling for a +10% credit perk or Pediatric Care for an additional medkit capacity.
2. Do the Security Mission second to get +10% exp perk. Smartcover is also unlocked, which is a fairly useful skill that increase defense and offense. I would suggest getting Canine Unit for the Repo Reaper Talent if you are consistently low on ammo because when the talent is equipped, pistol kills give the primary slot weapon +30 ammo per kill.

You may have heard of an eletric guitar but have you heard of an electric katana?

10/10 would create the ultimate instrument of death again.
