Ari Tuominen (tunnetaan nimellä Raaka-Arska) (s.1958) on suomalainen rock-laulaja ja roudari. Hän tuli tunnetuksi ennen kaikkea Popeda -yhtyeen roudarina, mutta on ollut myös sitä ennen ainakin Eppu Normaalin mukana. 1980-luvulta lähtien Raaka-Arska esitti Popedan keikoilla yhden kappaleen per keikka aina eroamiseensa saakka, ja vieraili lavalla silloin tällöin vielä myöhemminkin. Kontra-cover "Muumi Muumi" on ollut hänen bravuurinsa. Vuonna 1989 Raaka-Arska äänitti soolo-EP:n, mutta se ei saavuttanut mainittavaa menestystä. Kesällä 1994 Arska perusti oman Raaka-Arska & Rengasraudat -yhtyeen, joka julkaisi kaksi albumia. Yhtye keikkailee edelleen silloin tällöin.

Nykyisin Tuominen on maanviljelijä ja asuu Ruovedellä. Ennen ryhtymistään maanviljelijäksi Tuominen toimi hetken aikaa myös fysiikan opettajana.
