It's called pruritus anusitis, in other words itchy butt hole.. It's quite common and is not dangerous so don't worry too much about receiving your lover.. It can occur if you don't wipe your butt properly, and when you want to take a shower but just cannot find the motivation.. It can also be a sign of hemorrhoids in or near your butt hole.. I still recommend that you keep your doctors appointment.. Wash it, keep it really clean and also wash your hands after you scratch.. That way you should hopefully avoid the terrible pinkeye you ended up with the last time.. If kept clean, the anal odor should be bearable although you may want to keep spray in your car..
