Just spent 2 hours googling why my Corsair K65 Mini keyboard was ignoring my iCUE RGB Profile settings and instead doing it's own thing.
Turns out Wallpaper64.exe was to blame. It hijacked my keyboard to flash random colours which I suppose was to inform me that wallpaper engine needed updating.
After I blocked access to wallpaper64.exe it was then hijacked again by wallpaper32.exe

I was never prompted to enable this 'feature' by Wallpaper Engine and it was turned on by default. This is far too intrusive for my liking. Uninstalled.

It's a diablo + PoE clone where they ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up the good bits from both and added some ♥♥♥♥♥♥ graphics. Don't recommend.
