This is a UHD texture pack. Due to the way AoE2 engine renders the assets, your display resolution will affect the way they are shown.

If you have a 1080p monitor, you will run into zoom-related issues.

I personally don't have any issues on a 1440p monitor.

Here's a game I pirated way back in 2008/2009. Now that I can finally afford a controller and to pay for the game, I ended up buying it twice, both the original and preordered this version. I'm absolutely in love with this game.
The game is slightly buggy right now, with stutters after playing with time, but it works well enough.
Yes, the developer is a bit of a ♥♥♥♥, and besides other things, doesn't like it when people consider his game 'high art,' but I'm willing to look past all of it on account of him deciding to fairly regionally price the game and actually add 35 new levels to his 'complete narrative package.'

I love braid and everything it meant to me growing up, and am grateful I get to experience it the way I remember it.

Love marriage of arena shooter and rhythm.
Love the movement. Weapons and other mechanics are extremely responsive even at an abysmal 120 fps.

Sadly some cons.
-Locks fps to 60 or 120.
-Non linear sens curve (why?) Takes some time to figure out a good sens
-No punishment for spam clicking (Devs cmon, implement a cooldown for 2 or 3 misses on purpose)
-Lack of good tracks (though Im sure on release they'd license more ig)
-also a lack of official servers ? You can host your own though
