This game can be incredibly infuriating at times. Even after many runs, it wastes your time with text, and occasionally the battles can be just really obnoxious. The result is a really slow, boring game.

So many different cards. So many different styles. So many unique mechanics. I'm not a card game kind of person (I dislike Hearthstone) but this game is awesome.

FEEDBACK: My only feedback so far is that the Devs should make it so you can move your cards up on the screen so you can read ALL of them. Right now they clip off the bottom of the screen and you have to mouse over them to read them.

Good fundamentals, pretty fun to play.

EDIT: Game gets seriously stupid as you get higher up in play.

God-awful menu
God-awful customization / controller support
God-awful UI
God-awful everything...

except the actual gameplay. (EDIT: the gameplay kind of sucks, too)

The game so far is good. I mean, really, so far the combat is fun.

However...

- This game's controls are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ infuriating. It was clearly made for consoles. The responsiveness and way the mouse works in this game is just bonkers.

- Related to controls: specifically, navigating the fighter inventory area is clumsy and cumbersome.

- Related to controls: the whole game is built upon "Left Mouse Button selects, RMB cancels". It's just not user-friendly for PC.

- The amount of feedback/information about stats, items, etc. is killing me. The number of times I stared at the screen asking myself "what does this mean?" tells me that they did not get enough feedback on the useability/UX side.

- During combat: the art style, colors, animations during the planning phase makes it really hard to see what you're doing. I've made a number of mistakes moving my players around and stuff because the way they display the planning phase is confusing. There needs to be more of a clear delineation between characters, and a better way to give you a "high-level" overview of the battle during this phase.

- The size of everything is like 300% too big. It was clearly made for a TV sitting 8 feet away from you rather than a monitor 2 feet away.

TL;DR it feels like a bad port. The way that everyting is presented to you on screen is clearly indicative of a console game and that really hurts the PC experience.

Awesome oil tycoon simulation game. Tons of strategy and careful cost-benefit management. It's like crack trying to improve your operations.

I only wish the games were longer!

Also, this game would be great with some multiplayer. Doesn't have to be anything fancy, but I'd love to play against my friends to see who can get the most money!

Has a lot of promise, but the grind at the beginning of the game will scare new players off. There's very little sense of progression, even after 14 hours I've only upgraded like 3 traps and crafted 3 new ones. If they can get the grind right, the game itself is great.
