Como preparar Frango à Paneleiro
Numa tigela, misturar muito bem o alho esmagado, 1/2 cubo de caldo esfarelado, o vinho branco, o azeite, sal e pimenta.
Amassar até obter uma pasta.
Barrar o frango com a pasta, pique o limão com um garfo, colocar a 1/2 do caldo e o limão dentro do frango.
Pode atar as patas com fio de cozinha ou prender a pele com um palito, o importante é que o limão não saia.
Deixar tomar gosto por algum tempo.
Pré-aquecer o forno a 200ºC.
Colocar o frango numa assadeira e levar ao forno por aproximadamente 1hora, ou até se apresentar bem dourado e estaladiço.
Virar o frango a meio da cozedura.
Retirar o frango do forno e servir de imediato.
