I was completely absorbed in piecing together the story for the entire 5 hour runtime, which felt far longer in my mind. My only criticism is the talking can get a little annoying, but its important to the story and thankfully they stop talking for long stretches unless you choose to engage further

After many many hours of play, 314 screenshots, and numerous pages of mad rambling note taking, I have finally reached the end of the game. This game is absolutely niche, but if you fit that niche you will be obsessed. The complaints about the rng factor I feel kind of miss the point, aside from one exception. A large part of the game is learning how/unlocking new ways to manipulate the rng in your favour, and without that aspect I feel the game would lose a lot more than it would gain.

The exception I mentioned however is that semi-early on, many of the puzzles requires one particular room, and you wont yet have a way to make that room appear consistently, leading to a very frustrating period... If you can make it through this period, which I believe you can considering how many different puzzles are absolutely loaded into the game making each new run one of discovery, this will become one of your favourite puzzle games of all time.

A rare puzzle game that never felt easy but never felt impossible either (EXCEPT FOR ONE PUZZLE (but I was able to complete the game without it so still 10/10))

I dont usually care about posting reviews but its an absolute crime this game gets negative reviews for being "hard". The game is so full of love and charm and it deserves to be treated better!
