„Strunzdummer Abschaum“ (kommt dem emotionalen Gehalt am nächsten)
„Hohle Bratze“ (eher umgangssprachlich für eine dumme, unangenehme Person)
„♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥“ (für den Teil „мусор“ / Müll)

Kurz und prägnant (Umgangssprache):
„Vollpfosten“ (betont nur die Dummheit)
